MyGeekShopper.com is the service site of KBM Enterprises LLC. KBM is a family business that has been assisting small business and consumers with selecting, installing, and supporting technology to meet their needs for 30 years. We strive to be your total IT department with the recognition that, what we don’t know we can learn, and what we can’t learn, we can help you find the right resources to make your technology work for your needs.

Our business customers range from individual consultants to large multi-site farms. We installs computers, networks, security cameras, and all the business software in between. We keep the computers tuned, the networks functioning, and the software all working together. People who work in the businesses we support tend to become our consumer customers because they trust us to be thoughtful, thorough, and there for support when they need it even in their homes. They trust us.

For consumers, we are trusted to come into your home both remotely and physically to install and repair computers or any other kinds of tech equipment. We can even show you how to use your TV remote. LOL If you are considering a new computer, KBM can help you select, configure, and transfer data from your current computer. Once the equipment is in, we are available remotely to get on your computer and the phone to help you get used to that new computer interface. We especially enjoy working with moms and dads who don’t want to “trouble” their children and grandchildren to get computer help. (i.e., we know it’s hard to teach your parents and it’s hard for your parents to have you teach them — give us as a gift;-) We are a place to call when you need a little extra help and we won’t break the bank getting you functioning again. In the interest of effective communications, a note to customers WITHOUT monthly or yearly retainers regarding phone consult times that are unscheduled.  Effective January 2026:

I am trying to get a little more control of my time to work without interruption while still trying to be there for you (and live with my guilt when I can’t😊).  You should call me when you need me, but there are times you will need to know how to get my attention if it’s really important.  Probability is high I will answer during open office hours M-Th: 10am-2pm; F: 9am-11am.  All other times, you might need to leave a message.  I will call you back as soon as convenient.  If whatever is happening to you is making you very anxious, call repeatedly.  Scary stuff is getting on our computers.  Don’t be shy or polite.  Assuming I can adjust, I will get the idea and call you back asap.  Thanks!  And Happy New Year!

Customers with yearly or monthly retainers, there is no policy change.  If I can pickup, I will pick up or I will call you back ASAP any time you call.
